Dawne is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Human Studio. With a background in psychology (B. Psychology, James Cook University Singapore) and 15 years in international advertising (Singapore, Paris, London & Düsseldorf), she’s seen first-hand how Strengths-based development can drive team success and personal growth.

She loves multinational talent development and seeing people as unique individuals with their own stories and backgrounds. She works with individuals and teams to help them understand how Strengths coaching can leverage the workplace to be a space for personal growth, allowing them to be better versions of themselves while delivering business growth.
