Making space for our feelings and stuckness is not the easiest when we're right in the middle of it. Sometimes we try to move forward on a project that we set out for ourselves, yet can't seem to move forward. Or we have intentions for better relations with people in our lives, yet we never seem to get out of old patterns. All we just seem to be is circling, swirling, simmering and stewing. Not quite where we imagine ourselves to be. However being in stuckness presents an opportunity to find new pathways.
