About the event
Giving comes a lot more easily, especially in our Singaporean upbringing, but we’re now finding out that it’s to the detriment to ourselves. What if it’s possible to give AND receive well? 🤯 I know right? I interrogated my relationship with giving and receiving through the process of journaling and eventually recalibrated how to receive better. I’m not perfect, but I’m sooo much better at receiving these days. It also means people feel like they are able to have space in my life, vs me shutting them out.
Come join this guided journaling session to understand your own relationship with giving & receiving and figure out your own ways to receiving better and improve the quality of your relationships!
