As the year winds down, we'll invite you to take a gentle pause before the madness of Christmas kicks off to reconnect with yourself, even if briefly.

This guided journaling x art jam session is designed to help you reflect on the week that has passed, recognise what you’re grateful for and set meaningful intentions for the final weeks of 2025.

Through a series of thoughtful prompts, you'll explore moments that grounded you, people who supported you and small joys that may have gone unnoticed. Then, we'll create an artwork that captures your reflections or intentions, a physical reminder to keep close in these mad last days of the year.

No art experience needed, however an open mind is absolutely required.
