Guilt is a quiet companion for many of us, an emotion that lingers in the background, shaping choices, behaviour and how we see ourselves. Yet for all its influence, guilt is rarely examined with compassion or curiosity.

In this 1.5 hour guided journaling and art-making session, we’ll explore the narratives we’ve attached to guilt over the years:

• When does guilt become too heavy?

• When does it push us to care, to show up, or to do better?

• And when is guilt simply a passenger rather than the one steering our lives?
